01What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of this website. They do not govern work we do for you — that is covered by the written scope and agreement we sign with you. Where the two differ, the signed agreement wins.

02Using the site

You may read, print and share the pages on this site. You may not:

• Copy the design, code or written content to build a competing site
• Attempt to gain access to the administrative area or any part of the server not made public
• Submit anything through the forms that is unlawful, abusive, or designed to interfere with the site
• Use automated tools to scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for other people

03Enquiries are not a contract

Submitting an enquiry does not create an agreement, and neither does our reply. Nothing is chargeable and nothing is committed until you have a written scope from us and you accept it.

Any indication of cost or timeline given before a written scope is an estimate for discussion, not an offer.

04Accuracy of what is published here

We keep the site accurate, but content describing services, technologies and timelines is general information rather than a promise about your specific project. Case studies describe the type of work and its scope; where outcome figures are not shown it is because the client has not released them.

05Intellectual property

The design, code, copy and artwork on this site belong to Trigon IT Solutions. Third-party names and logos shown on the site — programming languages, frameworks and platforms we work with — belong to their respective owners and are used to identify those technologies, not to imply any endorsement or partnership.

06Links to other sites

Where we link out, we do not control what is on the other end and are not responsible for it.

07Liability

This website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it, or from acting on general information published here rather than on written advice given for your project. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

08Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
